At Burlton Manor car parking is not an issue. We have a 0.5 acre gravel car park which can accommodate 80+ vehicles depending on how well your guests park! We also have an overflow 1+ acre hard field joining the car park for extra parking if required.

We also have a second car parking area, on hard standing, next to the glamping pod village, which can accommodate a further 15 vehicles.

Yes, the venue has heating and air conditioning throughout all main areas of the barn to make your day as comfortable as possible.

This is also available in all of our accommodation.

We offer a fully serviced bar.

This takes out the hassle of you running around getting the supply of, glass hire, fridge hire, pump hire, staff, waste disposal, returning glasses and most importantly prevents you from running out of drinks on the night…

We have a number of different bar options from a ‘Pay As You Go’ bar, Champagne Reception packages and Free Bar options.

Standard closing times for midweek weddings is 11.00 pm

Standard closing time for weekend weddings is 12.00 pm

We require 25% deposit to secure your desired date for your wedding upon booking.

The remaining balance is then split into three 25% at 12 months, 25% at 9 months and 25% at 6 months prior to your booked date.

Payment method is Bank Transfer only.  

Yes, we have ramps into the barns and have an accessible disable toilet.

We can accommodate up to 66 adults onsite and a further 10+ children on our Z-bed options

But if you’re looking for more accommodation, we have plenty of local options from air B&B’s, Premier Inn etc…

Yes. However, Burlton Manor is not responsible for any vehicle left at the venue.  

We are a dog friendly venue!

The bride and groom are welcome to being their well-behaved friendly dogs to our venue to share in your special day.

You are responsible for clearing up after your dog. Dogs are permitted to stay onsite in accommodation with hard flooring but not on any carpeted areas. Both cottages (The Run & The Nest) and The Manor House are dog friendly accommodation options.

1-Day Wedding Hire 

Venue access is available from 11.00 am on the morning of your wedding

2-Day Wedding Hire

Venue access is available from 3.00 pm the day before your wedding

In our main dining hall (which is separate to our ceremony room) we can accommodate up to 200 seated guests dining on trestle tables and up to 160 guest on a round table set up.

Up to 300 guests can party inside for the evening, with all tables removed.

Should you want to dine bigger numbers, you can expand the dining hall by up to 300 seated dinners via three sets of doors if using the secret garden patio adjoining the main hall. We would advise you to make a contingency plan should it rain with a marquee or gazebo. Area is 20 x 4m approx.

Choose our two day venue hire package to take advantage of setting up the day before your wedding from 3.00 pm.

Run through your order of the day with our specialist wedding coordinators, isle rehearsals with the bridal and groomsmen team etc… and of course, relax in our beautiful Manor House and enjoy a dinner party with your loved ones the night before the wedding.
