At Burlton Manor car parking is not an issue. We have a 0.5 acre gravel car park which can accommodate 80+ vehicles depending on how well your guests park! We also have an overflow 1+ acre hard field joining the car park for extra parking if required.

We also have a second car parking area, on hard standing, next to our cottages, which can accommodate a further 15 vehicles.

Yes the venue has heating and air conditioning throughout all main areas of the barn to make your day as comfortable as possible.

We offer a fully serviced bar, this takes out the hassle of you running around getting the supply of, glass hire, fridge hire, pump hire, staff, waste disposal, returning glasses and most importantly prevents you from running out of drinks on the night…

We have a number of different bar options from a ‘Pay As You Go’ bar, Champagne Reception packages and Free Bar options.

We require 25% deposit to secure your desired date for your wedding upon booking.The remaining balance is then split into three 25% at 12 months, 25% at 9 months and 25% at 6 months prior to your booked date. Payment method is Bank Transfer only.

Yes. However, Burlton Manor is not responsible for any vehicle left at the venue.  

Yes, for the Bride and Groom. Well-behaved friendly dogs are welcome at our venue for the ceremony & Drinks reception but you are responsible for clearing up after your dog. We only allow dogs to stay onsite in one of the cottages in the rooms that have hard flooring.

Accommodation Check-Out time is 10.30am and Venue Check-Out time is 10.30am if you have 2-day wedding hire.

So, why not organise breakfast with your guests and enjoy extended time with your guests before you say goodbye in your 2-day hire.

Venue access is available from 11.00am on the morning of your 1-Day wedding.

We can accommodate up to 200 seated guests dining inside on trestle tables (up to 160 on round tables) and up to 350 inside for the evening guests with tables removed. You can expand this up 300 seated dinners via three sets of doors if using the secret garden patio adjoining the main hall. We would advise you to make a contingency plan should it rain with a marquee or gazebo. Area is 20 x 4m approx.

Yes, any time after 3.00 pm the day before your wedding – earlier access available subject to availability.
